About the Event
After being stuck home for months, let's get outside and stretch our bodies and clear our minds. Become refreshed and relaxed in beautiful nature.
First, we will explain the basics of our meditation, to help you gain a solid understanding of the reason and purpose of this meditation.
Next, we will do some stretching exercises, to release the tension and stress from your body, leaving you able to have an enjoyable and productive meditation.
And then, we will meditate together!
Our highly trained and deeply dedicated staff will help guide you in an enjoyable meditation session, where you will be able to discard the attachments that are stored inside your mind, which are causing your stress and burden.
This will allow you to have a lighter, more peaceful, and happier mind.
Join us for Meditation in the Park!
Please wear a mask, bring a meditation mat, something comfortable to sit on, warm clothing, and an open mind.
Before beginning the event, we will take everyone's temperature to ensure safety.

This ticket includes 2 days of meditation in the park. Days do not need to be consecutive.
