Service Description

How often do you take care of yourself? We’re not talking about superficial things like grooming, spa weekends, or seeking instant gratification. We are talking about truly accepting yourself on the inside. When you discard your negative thoughts, you can then practice true self-care. In this 45-minute Meditation for Self-care session, we will focus on discarding your negative thoughts, such as self-criticism, self-doubt, and feeling inferior to others. When these thoughts disappear, you will be able to truly care for yourself, because all your thoughts, actions, and behaviors will reflect self-acceptance, self-confidence, and kindness towards yourself.
